This is one of the prettiest vintage baby christening shawl lace knitting patterns that we have sourced
Its has a beautiful english rose in the centre, and a very pretty lace border. The pattern uses very fine yarn and so it will be really only appropriate for experienced lace knitters. Its knitted in the round, and although it will take a long time to make, when its done it will be a beautiful heirloom shawl- suitable perhaps for the new english prince or princess due this year?
